Our mission at CEC is to achieve successful outcomes for students in the pursuit of their College Equestrian ambitions. Our primary objective is to teach students and their families how to effectively market their equestrian accomplishments, academic achievements and interpersonal skills to college coaches.
Wendy Wills is the Owner and Director of CEC. Her commitment to assisting aspiring College Equestrians was born out of the bewilderment she felt when her daughter decided that she wanted to continue to ride in college. Neither of them had the slightest idea how the process of getting on a college team worked. Although her daughter’s College Equestrian quest was successful, “going it alone” in the search process was challenging. She is intimately familiar with the complexities families face trying to navigate the College Equestrian landscape.
Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from UCLA. Her “Horse Show Mom” resume includes NCAA/NCEA, IHSA, AQHA, ApHC, OHSET and 4H. Contact Wendy at email@example.com.
Kate Toomey Evans is the Associate Director of CEC. She brings “hands-on” experience with Collegiate Equestrian to CEC’s clients. Kate rode for the ’03-’07 Texas A&M Varsity Equestrian Team and is proud of her three Western Horsemanship National Championship Titles and grateful for the opportunity she had to be an Aggie. Her commitment to assisting aspiring College Equestrians is inspired by her desire to help clients live their dream.
